How requests are tracked

  1. 1A visitor submits the request form on the Hall Rentals page.
  2. 2Shopify Forms records the submission as a tracked entry and creates a customer tagged shopify-forms-1128209.
  3. 3Staff review new entries in the links above and follow up by phone or email to confirm date, guest count and pricing.

Fields currently captured

The request form currently collects name and email. Since these requests need a personal follow-up anyway, that's enough to get started — staff confirm the event date, time, guest count and any add-ons directly with the requester.

Want to capture more up front? In Shopify Admin, go to Apps → Forms → Hall Rental Request and use Add new field to add Phone, Preferred date or other fields.
