HSS 2026 – 2027 Family Registration Form

Please use each form for one OR two children. If you are registering three children for HSS, then you will need to fill out the form twice; the first time, you will be registering two children, and the second time, you will be registering one child. Our school starts on September 13, 2026 and ends on May 23, 2027. We have removed the option for registration for one semester; by registering, you are registering for the whole year. Make sure you fill out a guardian's email address which they check regularly. Please pay $50 per child at the temple front desk on the first day of school.
